Stage 1: Purchase Requisition Creation
The procurement cycle begins when a user navigates to the Purchase Requisitions tab and creates a PR. The system auto-fills the PR Number, Requested Date, and Accounting Date. The user enters a Requisition Name, selects the Project and Reason for Requisition, adds line items, and attaches supporting documents in predefined folder structures.
